Mr. Turner obtained a Certificate of Specialized Legal Studies in Environmental Law from Widener University School of Law in 2014, was a contributing researcher to the New Jersey Environmental Law Handbook (8th Ed.), and serves as vice-chair of his home township’s Environmental Commission.
